Fresh Food & Farm Goods
Alperose Bakery
Marshall brings quality and character to everything he does. When he is not baking his dangerously delicious organic goods, he is farming or sourcing fresh vegetables — including potatoes — that he also supplies to the market. He also crafts his own organic beard lotion and carries local mushrooms from Sunreach Farm and lavender goods from Lacomb Lavender Farm. Come see Alperose Bakery while supplies last — they go quickly.

These fermented teas are versatile, performing equally well as an every-day tonic or as a featured drink at parties and get-togethers. He also sells his own nursery stock, Edible Oregon, where he provides the Salem community with a variety of perennial fruit starts.
