Marshall brings quality and character to everything he does. When he is not baking his dangerously delicious organic goods, he is farming or sourcing fresh vegetables — including potatoes — that he also supplies to the market. He also crafts his own organic beard lotion and carries local mushrooms from Sunreach Farm and lavender goods from Lacomb Lavender Farm. Sonja Neal

Sonja sells organic bread made with clean, organic Canadian flour, and organic ingredients. But that’s not all! Her and her niece Josie, also sell cookies, crafts, chai teas, candied nuts, muesli, and granola- as well as helping source local farmers to produce local produce for the SPM, like honey and seasonal vegetables. Sonja is also an SPM board member, and is our statistics gal. She tracks traffic, and is passionate about drawing in the community. Thank you Sonja!

Rising Sun Dairy is a young family owned and operated business established in 2019. They are committed to bringing fresh Grade A batch pasteurized A2/A2 milk to the Willamette valley. It all started in a garage in Salem, Oregon during the pandemic. Jeremy Greenwood had an ambitious vision for this brand: create a premium quality kombucha using the nearest available fruits and ingredients, both cultivated and harvested in the wild.

Whether he is hiking to gather wild-growing elderberries or sourcing quince, Jeremy is excitedly passionate about bringing obscure or little known cultivars into the community's awareness. These fermented teas are versatile, performing equally well as an every-day tonic or as a featured drink at parties and get-togethers. He also sells his own nursery stock, Edible Oregon, where he provides the Salem community with a variety of perennial fruit starts.

Controlled Khaos is a space where the chaos of life is calmed through crafting and baking.
